This case arose from a dangerous worksite condition, caused by several negligent contractors on a busy large-scale home development project. Our client, a landscaping worker, fall over 15 feet when he unknowingly stepped into an unmarked, open manhole that was concealed with a flimsy piece of wood and some dirt.
