This was an accident in which our client was t-boned on the driver’s side of his vehicle. He client suffered serious injuries to his left arm and hand requiring surgery and resulting in complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). The insurance company ultimately recognized the uncertainty with such a diagnosis and paid our demand.
