This tragic case involved an automobile-versus-moped collision that was tried in Los Angeles County. Our client was sitting on his moped at a red light, waiting for the light to change. Defendant negligently failed to see the moped directly in front of his vehicle, and ran him over. He died immediately at the scene. Brian J. Kim was trial counsel and obtained a $3 million jury verdict for the surviving family members.
